We can provide refunds for all returns except opened CDs, DVDs and VHS tapes. Defective items may be returned for exchange of identical item within 30 days of purchase. The customer pays for return shipping. We will then refund the cost of the item as well as Sales Tax. There is no refund on shipping charges.
